Terms of service
These terms govern access to Apphelm’s portfolio intelligence, reliability, replay and AI services.
Effective 22 September 2026 · Version 1.31. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using Apphelm, you agree to these terms for yourself and the organization you represent. You must be legally able to contract and at least 18. If you accept for an organization, you confirm authority to bind it.
2. Accounts and authority
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding access, configuring roles and promptly reporting compromise. Workspace owners control customer data, integrations, retention, AI routes and member access. We may rely on owner and administrator instructions.
3. Service and acceptable use
Apphelm provides software for telemetry, portfolio analytics, replay, monitoring, evidence-backed AI and related workflows. You may not misuse the service; probe or bypass security; interfere with other tenants; upload malware; violate law; collect prohibited sensitive data; fingerprint users; resell access without written approval; or use outputs as the sole basis for decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about a person.
4. Customer data
You retain ownership of customer data and grant Apphelm a limited right to process it to provide, secure, support and improve the service as described in our privacy materials and DPA. You confirm you have the necessary rights, notices and lawful basis. Apphelm does not acquire ownership of your telemetry, sell it, or use it to train general-purpose models without explicit opt-in.
5. AI and recommendations
AI responses may be incomplete or wrong. Apphelm distinguishes observations, hypotheses, likely causes and confirmed causes and links available evidence, but you must review outputs before acting. High-impact actions require human confirmation. Model availability, routes and third-party terms may change; current subprocessors are disclosed in the trust center.
6. Plans, meters and payment
Plans renew for the period shown at checkout until cancelled. Usage is pooled across the workspace and subject to visible allowances and the cap behavior selected by the owner. Optional add-ons or auto-top-ups require explicit approval. Eligible digital subscriptions are sold through Link using Stripe Managed Payments, with Link acting as merchant of record and managing transaction tax, receipts, refunds, disputes and transaction-level support under the checkout terms. Apphelm remains responsible for the product and product support. We may change future pricing with at least 30 days’ notice; changes apply at the next renewal.
7. Confidentiality
Each party will protect non-public technical, business and security information with reasonable care and use it only for the relationship. This does not cover information independently developed, lawfully received without restriction or publicly available without breach. Legally compelled disclosure is permitted with notice where lawful.
8. Intellectual property and feedback
Apphelm and its licensors own the service, software, documentation and marks. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the term. Feedback may be used without restriction or obligation, but we will not identify you publicly without permission.
9. Suspension and termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend access to prevent material security, legal or platform harm, address non-payment, or respond to a material breach. Where practical we will provide notice and a chance to cure. On termination, access ends; export and deletion follow the plan, DPA and privacy policy. Terms that should survive will survive.
10. Warranties and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data. Except for payment obligations, confidentiality breach, infringement, fraud, willful misconduct or liability that cannot legally be limited, each party’s aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid or payable for the service in the 12 months before the event.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Norwegian law without regard to conflict rules, and disputes are subject to the courts of Oslo, Norway, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. Before filing, contact support@apphelm.dev so the parties can try to resolve the matter or use the support form.
